In Lake City we partnered with Jacob Leonard of Portland’s Breakside Brewing to craft a beer we’re calling MultiCulture Ale. It blends two yeast strains, two hop varieties, and the input of two brewing companies. It will pour at the LC anniversary party in March.
In Burien, we’re doing an ESB-style beer using imported English malt and a London Ale yeast. Brewers Tom Keranen and Steven Brack collaborated on the creation of the recipe. It too will hit the taps in March in time for the Burien anniversary party.
