SOUP OR CHILI OF THE DAY
Ask your server or check the chalkboard for the current fresh made selection. We often offer a vegetarian choice.

Fresh-cut romaine lettuce tossed with Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and seasoned croutons.

THE BREWERY BLUES
Fresh field greens tossed with our house-made Framboise vinaigrette, topped with fresh Oregon Bay shrimp, toasted hazelnuts, bleu cheese, and grape tomatoes.
Served with warm pita bread.

BLACKENED SALMON AND SPINACH
Blackened natural king salmon served over tender baby spinach, tossed in an orange Framboise vinaigrette, topped with mandarin orangesm toasted wheat malt, crumbled bleu cheese, pears, cucumber and pear tomatoes.

COBB SALAD
A bed of fresh field greens with shredded colby jack cheese, bleu cheese crumbles, grape tomatoes, sliced egg, bacon bits, grilled herb chicken, and sliced olives.
Served with warm pita bread.

WEST SIDE ANTIPASTO
Pepperoni, parnesan cheesem artichoke hearts, diced roma tomatoes, sliced black olives, red onion and kidney beans tossed with field greens and fresh herb vinaigrette..

CHICKEN FAJITA SALAD
A bed of fresh field greens with shredded colby jack cheese, sautéed onions, green and red peppers, diced tomatoes, crispy tortilla strips, Southwestern grilled chicken, sliced olives, and Sonora ranch dressing.

SEARED GOAT CHEESE
Pan seared herb encrusted goat and feta cheese served on top of field greens tossed with Framboise vinaigrette, toasted wheat malt, dried blue berries, pickled beets and candied walnuts.
