The annual release of our Chocolate Porter tapped on February 1 in West Seattle and is now available in Lake City! This Robust Porter is aged on 8lb. of Theo Chocolate for two weeks. What could be better? Great job Brewer Dan!

We are excited to announce an Artisan Event in Burien on Wednesday, February 19th at 6pm.
The working idea is Infusions. We will be serving Jasmine Pilot Light, Ich Bin Berlinerweisse, Demolition Ale, Vietnamese Coffee Stout and a Cab Franc Barrel-aged Stout and Barley Wine blend.
Expect UNEXPECTED elements in the food pairings!
