West Seattle Summer Fest officially starts this week! Elliott Bay has some fun things planned for this event, which happens to coincide with our West Seattle Pub’s 17th Birthday! Here’s the lineup so you can plan your weekend now:
Thursday 7/10 at 6pm Elliott Bay Brewery Host The Bubble Man in front of our pub-free
Thursday 7/10 Elliott Bay Brewery presents musician Pat Reardon in our outside seating area playing kid tunes to adult favorites.-free
Saturday7/12 – Elliott Bay Brewery celebrates 17 years of business with musical guest The Back Porch Apostles from 5pm-10pm in our outside seating are-free.
Of course, streets close Thursday night for the West Seattle Art Walk, and new this year, Pet Junction is an opportunity for festival goers to learn more about how to be a great pet owner – with a chance to adopt a pet. For more information click here.

Who’s in the mood for seafood? This month Chef Kerry has created a delicious pairing menu. You’ll want to keep coming back to try all of these!
Start off with Voodoo Mussels steamed in white Wine and all the good stuff. Choose from a Cod Po’ Boy sandwich or Cajun Seafood Stew with Jambalaya for a special side. The kiddies will love the Corn Meal Crusted Cod served with Fries, Mandarin Orange sections and Coleslaw.

We’re getting into the summer months with some healthy (and a little naughty) options for you! Start off with Fried Artichoke Hearts breaded in Panko followed by a Rosemary Flank Steak broiled and served with a Roasted Red Pepper sauce.
For lunch, try a Garden Club sandwich or a Greek Garden Salad. The kiddies will like the Chicken Salad Wrap and our Shake of the Month – “Key Lime Pie.”

On June 13th 2014, Elliott Bay Brewing Company will hold its’ 17th Annual Golf Tournament at the West Seattle Golf Course. Every year we have a well-attended tournament and it’s an amazing opportunity to celebrate our community, golf, drink some beer – all for a great cause. All proceeds will be donated to the food banks in our area.
Come join us! At $115 per golfer it’s not cheap but such a deal. The tournament is a “best ball/shotgun start” at 8A.M. Your ticket includes continental breakfast, range fees, golf-cart, on course beer stations, prizes, jello shots (oh yes, we did) and lunch after the tournament. So grab three of your friends, or let us pair you up with three other good folks and sign-up. Tickets usually sell out, so do it now. Call our Burien store at 206.246.4211.
