These are a few of our favorite things served with seasoned fries. Substitute side garden salad, soup, or chili for $1.25 Caesar salad for $2.00

AHI TACOS
Southwest seasoned ahi tuna flash seared to medium rare, then laid over a bed of fresh citrus cilantro slaw and wrapped in gordito shells. Served with our house-made pico de gallo and chipotle aioli.

IMPERIAL REUBEN
Half-pound of thinly sliced corned beef, Swiss cheese, ale-braised kraut, and house-made Imperial Ale Russian dressing. Served on grilled marbled rye bread.

CRAB CAKE SANDWICH
Two Dungeness crab cakes cooked to golden brown, served open-faced on our bocca roll with chipotle aioli, shredded lettuce and tomato.

BLACKENED TUNA SANDWICH
An ahi tuna steak blackened to medium-rare with Cajun spices in a cast iron skillet. Served on a toasted spent grain bun with a spicy ranch sauce.

BLACK ANGUS PHILLY CHEESE STEAK
Our rendition starts with Black Angus flat iron steak shaved thin then grilled with braised onions and topped with melted American cheese. Served open-faced
on a toasted corn-dusted roll.

A large marinated portabella mushroom broiled to perfection and topped with Swiss cheese. Served on a fresh spent grain bun with pesto wine mayo,
