Chocolate Porter Release 2013
We’re launching a new seasonal on Friday, February 1 : a 7% ABV robust Porter in which we steeped 10 pounds of organic cacao nibs from local chocolatier, Theo Chocolate.
The nibs help round out the the beer with a touch of added sweetness and a mild amount of bitterness that complements the dark roasted malts.
The beer was brewed in West Seattle but kegs are pouring in all three locations.
