Natural chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces, soaked in buttermilk then dredged in seasoned flour and deep fried. Served with house-made ranch and our No Doubt Stout BBQ. Pairs nicely with Organic Demolition Ale
Sandwich : Oyster Po’ Boy $11.95
Oysters deep fried with a cornmeal breading stacked on a baguette lathered with a spicy remoulade and topped with shredded romaine lettuce and sliced tomatoes. Served with sweet potato fries. Pairs nicely with Organic Pilot Light
Salad : Flank Steak Salad $12.95
A rosemary marinated 6 oz. Flank Steak broiled and sliced thinly and served on a bed of fresh field greens tossed in a Dijon vinaigrette along with cut green beans, corn, carrots, diced tomatoes and red onions. Served with warm pita. Pairs nicely with Organic Alembic Pale Ale
