Brunch – Canadian Bacon, Asparagus and Gruyere Omelette served on Saturday and Sundays from 9:30am until 2pm.

Entree- Buffalo Style Ribeye pairs nicely with Organic Demolition Ale

August 2013 Food Specials : Burien

Brunch: SMOKED SALMON OMELETTE $12.95

A three egg omelette stuffed with house smoked salmon, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and feta cheese served with crispy hash browns. Pairs nicely with Organic Coffee Stout

Appetizer: SAMBAL CLAMS $13.95

A full pound of Manila Clams simmered in a spicy sambal chili paste and yellow onions. Served with grilled herbed butter bread. Pairs nicely with Organic Pilot Light

Salad: THAI NOODLE SALAD WITH SHRIMP $12.95

Soba noodles tossed in a peanut sauce along with cabbage, carrots, cilantro, red and green bell peppers, chopped peanuts and sesame seeds topped with grilled 31-40 tail on shrimp. Pairs nicely with Organic Hop von Boorian

Sandwich: FRIED CALAMARI SANDWICH $10.95

Baguette slathered with chipotle aioli and piled with sliced fennel, cucumber, basil, cilantro, chilies de arbol and deep fried calamari. Topped with lime segments served with sweet potato fries. Pairs well with Klondike Gold

Entrée: BEEF AND BROCCOLI $10.95

Top round steak cut into strips stir-fried with garlic, onions and broccoli coated in a thick soy and oyster sauce mixture served over jasmine rice. Pairs well with Organic B-town Brown

A delicious dessert made with fresh mangoes and coconut milk served with sliced kiwi and fresh whip cream. Pairs nicely with Organic No Doubt Stout

Natural chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces, soaked in buttermilk then dredged in seasoned flour and deep fried. Served with house-made ranch and our No Doubt Stout BBQ. Pairs nicely with Organic Demolition Ale

Sandwich : Oyster Po’ Boy $11.95

Oysters deep fried with a cornmeal breading stacked on a baguette lathered with a spicy remoulade and topped with shredded romaine lettuce and sliced tomatoes. Served with sweet potato fries. Pairs nicely with Organic Pilot Light

Salad : Flank Steak Salad $12.95

A rosemary marinated 6 oz. Flank Steak broiled and sliced thinly and served on a bed of fresh field greens tossed in a Dijon vinaigrette along with cut green beans, corn, carrots, diced tomatoes and red onions. Served with warm pita. Pairs nicely with Organic Alembic Pale Ale

Entrée : Thyme Chicken $12.95

Two fresh all natural thyme marinated chicken breast broiled to perfection and served with potato salad and chef veggies. Pairs nicely with Organic B-town Brown

Kids’ Bite : Chili Dog $4.95

Nathan’s all beef hot dog on a grilled bun topped with our chili of the day and Colby jack cheese served with seasoned fries. Pairs nicely with Crater Lake Root Beer

Dessert : Upside Down Apple Pie a la Mode $5.95

Traditional apple pie served upside down with a brown sugar and walnut crust served with a scoop of Husky Deli vanilla ice cream. Pairs nicely with Organic No Doubt Stout

Two English muffins stacked with grilled Black Forest ham, a fried egg and cheddar cheese. Served with multi-colored breakfast potatoes.  Pairs nicely with Organic Coffee Stout.

Appetizer
: CRAB AND SHRIMP CAKES $12.95

Local Dungeness crab and tender bay shrimp mixed with onion, celery, roasted red pepper and panko, formed into cakes and griddled until golden brown. Two cakes per order served with cilantro lime coleslaw and chipotle aioli. Pairs nicely with Organic Pilot Light.

Salad
: AVOCADO SEAFOOD SALAD $13.95

Tender field greens tossed in avocado vinaigrette and topped with 31/40 shrimp, bay scallops, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, sliced avocado and warm pita.  Pairs well with Organic Hop Von Boorian.

Sandwich
: HOT PASTRAMI GRINDER $10.95

Thinly sliced pastrami grilled and piled on a baguette with B-town brown mustard, grilled onions, pickles and provolone cheese. Served with sweet potato fries. Pairs nicely with Organic B-town Brown.

Burger
: JALAPENO CHICKEN BURGER $10.95

A spicy natural marinated chicken breast grilled and served on our spent grain bun with pepper jack cheese, jalapeno aioli, and crispy fried onion strings. Served open faced with lettuce, red onion, tomato, pickle and our seasoned fries. Pairs nicely with Organic Alembic Pale.

Kids’ Bite
: TURKEY AND SWISS TORTILLA PINWHEEL $4.50

A flour tortilla rolled with turkey, Swiss cheese and lettuce then sliced into pinwheels and a side of ranch. Served with your choice of mandarin oranges or seasoned fries. Pairs nicely with Crater Lake Root Beer.

Dessert
: TIRAMISU $5.95

Lady fingers soaked in coffee liqueur with mascarpone cheese and cocoa layers. Finished with chocolate shavings. Pairs nicely with Organic No Doubt Stout.
