Organic Beer Certification

Elliott Bay was the first brewer of CERTIFIED ORGANIC beer in King County. On July 17, 2008 our Burien house-brewed beers were awarded ORGANIC CERTIFICATION from the WA Dept. of Agriculture. Our West Seattle location received its organic certification the following year, on February 2, 2009.
We also have the widest range of ORGANIC beers of any brewer in the state: nine of our year-round house beers and another eight of our seasonally brewed beers are CERTIFIED ORGANIC.
Check out the SEATTLE TIMES article about our brewery and its organic beer.
