August Barrel-aged Beers
On Sunday Aug. 1 we’ll release a barrel-aged beer at both og our pubs
In West Seattle look for the a keg of our Bourbon barrel Black Pilsner.
Burien will pour the Bourbon barrel Imperial Stout.
Each beer was aged in a freshly emptied Heaven Hill barrel: the Pilsner for 13 months and the Imperial Stout 3 months.
